Sparkling straw yellow with light inclusions

Nose

The grape variety is very well represented here, exemplary for the Touraine region. A hint of soil is naturally a must. The fruit is dominant, but by no means kitschy. Passion fruit, a hint of mango, and grapefruit dominate the nose. A touch of lemon juice and zest provide additional freshness. This is also achieved by the herbal aromas, which are present in abundance. Nettle, lemon thyme, lemon balm, and a hint of parsley are intensely noticeable. Mint and coriander are in no way inferior. Subtle nuances also emerge from the vegetal side. Fresh peas and artichokes can be detected. A slightly earthy, stony note suggests origin and character.

Palate

On the palate, it displays precisely these impressions. The fruit flatters the palate, but is undermined by its pleasantly present acidity. This ensures freshness and flow. It rests within itself and reveals its silky, minerally texture. This is also clearly evident in the palate. The aromas build in a similar way to the nose.
