Wine Information

Biodynamically cultivated. The 20-year-old vines grow at altitudes of 550 to 650 meters on granitic and sandy soils. After hand-harvesting, Grenache, Muscat, and Claret are fermented in steel tanks with wild yeasts and then aged in French barriques and foudres. Bottling takes place without filtration or stabilization. Total production amounts to 2,261 bottles.

Colour

Translucent ruby red with violet reflections, brightening noticeably towards the rim.

Nose

Red fruits such as red currant, wild raspberry, and rosehip dance with elderberry, rose blossom, and ivy. Alongside earthy, herbal, and malty notes, this wine displays a great deal of elegance. Its captivating character and subtle fruit sweetness tickles the nose, piques curiosity for the first sip.

Palate

The 2021 Valdiniebla refreshes and enchants with this very sweetness on the tongue, accompanied by lively acidity and an exceptionally fine tannin structure. It presents itself as Burgundian and refined, inviting you to dream and indulge. The accompanying cuisine should feature fruity components and the same delicacy and elegance as the wine itself. If possible, decant and serve slightly chilled.
