The 2023 version of Habla de Ti… Rosé is based on the grape varieties Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah. This new wine from the bodega is inspired by the aromas and impressions of spring. Its basis is classic aging and a certain ageing on the fine lees. An entry-level rosé that aims to convey joy and lightness. Its expressiveness, fresh and aromatic, elegantly intertwines fruity notes with delicate floral nuances. The citrus notes are powerful and persist, with hints of red fruit (mainly currant) and a marked acidity that gives our rosé its lovely freshness. Among the floral aromas we find lavender, rose petals, poppies and other seasonal flowers. This new rosé is a powerful invitation; perfect to celebrate life, love and friendship with a touch of class. Its design highlights its sophisticated image, and the elegant glass stopper allows for comfortable opening and conservation of the wine. TASTING NOTES

Colour

It’s light salmon pink tones, bring to mind the luminosity of a Mediterranean sunset. AROMA: Exuberant and fresh expression, with memories of red fruits such as currant, along with fragrances of lavender and delicate nuances of other flowers…light touches of poppies and violets appear.

Palate

As a culmination of its aromatic explosiveness, the entry into the mouth is silky and long-lasting, marking a fruity tension that provides freshness and liveliness, both prolonged over time thanks to its pleasant persistence, which invites us to another pleasant sip. With a suggestive and captivating personality, this HABLA rosé wine presents irresistible versatility when it comes to enhancing all kinds of gastronomic delights such as seafood rice, young cream cheeses, rich salads, grilled salmon or turkey, saffron scallop, tuna or beef carpaccio, ….

Intense, bright salmon pink with light reflections

Nose

The extremely Mediterranean cuvée of this rosé creates a Provençal illusion, both visually and aromatically. The nose ranges from abundant fruit to ethereal spice with floral accents. Blackcurrant, raspberry, sour cherry, and a hint of strawberry are convincing. Lavender, dried thyme, and sage provide Mediterranean accents. A hint of pine groves and dry, clayey soil also comes to mind. Almond and hydrangea blossoms, as well as hints of rose, are evident.

Palate

The Hable de Ti.. Rosé succeeds very well in transferring these impressions to the palate. It thrives on fruit and lightness. The fruit matches the impressions of the nose. It is fruity and intense, but by no means heavy-handed. Pleasant bitterness also provides a stimulating element. Its charm is convincing. It is soft and approachable, with the fruit gradually becoming brighter. The floral and ethereal nuances linger very subtly, but in a well-measured way, on the palate.
