Nose

The Lías Finas is a ripe Albariño with plenty of yeast and rich green, yellow, and white-fleshed fruit of yellow apples, star fruit, yellow and green kiwi, greengage, limequats, and ripe lemons. Added to this are the aforementioned lees, notes of white flowers, and herbs.

Palate

On the palate, the wine is juicy and mouth-filling with plenty of fruit, some anise, almond, a light ginger spiciness, and a hint of rock. The acidity is just as present here as the creamy texture from the yeast storage, the light tannin, and a slight sweetness from the extract in what is essentially a dry wine. This wine has density, maturity, length, and complexity.
