Nose

The 2021 Siuralta Orange is still clearly characterized by its reduction. Gunpowder and fiery flakes alternate at the beginning. Tarte Tatin, caramelized quince, and oven-warm apples are clearly recognizable. Shortcrust pastry and bread crust lend it depth. Orange blossom and orange juice provide cool and warm moments at the same time. The nuance of roasted almonds fits perfectly. Mango, pineapple, and ripe banana bring exoticism and plenty of fruit into play. Its stony, chalky character has an additional cooling effect in the background.

Palate
