The Evening Edition 2 awaits with brilliant dark fruit, spice, and herbs. Blackberry, mulberry, and black currant combine with licorice, tar, coffee, black pepper, wild mint, rosemary, and thyme, as well as dark blossoms and dried rose petals.
Palate
The palate is no less impressive than the nose: a juicy, intense fireworks display peppered with fine fruit sweetness, stimulating acidity, and spicy tannins. A distinct minerality wafts across the tongue, an extremely invigorating and powerful red wine that ingeniously manages with only 12.5% vol, truly power without weight.
