Information about the winery

In 2002, Steffen and Daniela Mugler took over the Schädler winery in Maikammer. The business was modernized, preserving the structures of the family business and converting to organic-biodynamic farming. For the Muglers, the rhythm of nature is paramount, starting with the foundation of all life: the soil. Strengthening the vines in the spirit of a natural circular economy is the prerequisite for the best harvest for the best wines. From harvest to vinification, all steps are carried out by hand.

Colour

Light yellow with distinct silvery reflections and delicate green notes.

Nose

Light fruity and refreshing, it flows from the glass; lemon, lime zest, and green apple dance together with light blossoms, underpinned by a fine minerality.

Palate

On the tongue, the delicate fruit pairs with a salty touch and a crisp acidity that’s perfectly embedded in the fruity texture. Salivation is immediately stimulated, and with every sip, you look forward to another glass, which is further enhanced by the moderate alcohol content of just 11.5% ABV. Excellent value for money!
