Nose

Habla No. 29 conveys a dark, spicy, and balsamic impression. Its aroma is seductively intense. Amazingly, this red wine from the extreme climate of Extremadura appears cool and not even remotely overripe. The fruit is wonderfully intense in the form of blackberry, cassis, blueberry, and sweet cherry. The fruit is supported by dark chocolate and cocoa butter. Juniper, rosemary, and pine join in, conveying ethereal and Mediterranean impressions.

Palate

On the palate, it bundles all its fruit into an intense spectacle. Powerful, but not overly voluminous. A fine tannin accompanies this proverbial mouthful of wine. The tannin structure also thrives on light green edges that add additional freshness. The acidity is gripping and crisp. At the same time, this acidity is essential. A rich wine, yet incredibly approachable and uncomplicated.
