Light lemon yellow with sparkling, golden inclusions

Nose

The Cataratto from Monreale smells incredibly fresh and crisp on the nose. Herby green and yellow fruity. Ripe, yellow apples, pear, and kaffir lime stand out. Lemon zest and a touch of exoticism: grilled pineapple and passion fruit. Despite all the exoticism, the freshness and roasted aromas stand out. In hints, it releases cold smoke. Freshly harvested herbs such as chervil, mint, and parsley join in the mix. Lemongrass further enhances this ethereal, profound freshness.
