The Alois Lageder winery, founded in 1823 and now run by the sixth generation of the family, embodies the harmonious combination of tradition and innovation in South Tyrolean biodynamic viticulture. Under the motto ‘Diversity is key’, the family-run winery shows how a wide range of grape varieties, different locations and a respectful approach to nature can lead to wines of exceptional freshness, vibrancy and character. Thirty indigenous grape varieties thrive in the approximately 50 hectares of vineyards in Magrè, finding their individual expression in three product lines – from classic grape varieties to creative compositions and outstanding crus. Each sip reflects the rich diversity and sustainable spirit of the region, making every wine an authentic experience of the South Tyrolean way of life.
