Colour

Dense violet red, black at the core, slightly cloudy

Nose

The aroma is more than impressive and characterized by juicy and profound fruit, with black cherries, fresh raspberries, wild strawberries, and red apple providing the opening. Upon exposure to oxygen, peony, violets, mushrooms, cinnamon, and licorice emerge, followed by leather and dark chocolate after prolonged aeration. Its density and freshness are extremely captivating and stimulating.

Palate

On the palate, the 2022 Minima reveals itself to be an extremely exciting wine, characterized by juicy red and dark fruit combined with plenty of minerality, subtle saltiness, and spice. A wine made for hearty home cooking and dishes with earthy vegetables, also perfect with cheese.
