Nose

This blend of Carricante and Moscato opens aromatically and fragrantly. It displays salted lemon, lime, and a hint of nutmeg. Grapefruit, Nashi pear, and white peach are equally at home. Lychee and passion fruit provide exotic accents. Orange blossom lends it an elegant appearance, while tangerine skin combines tart and acidic moments. It presents itself clearly as Mediterranean, with thyme, lavender, and pine groves. Limestone and cold smoke add a clear note to the finish.

Palate

For me, this is a classic Mediterranean white wine. The wine plays to its fruitiness. Light yet rich in its appearance. Its warm heart is based on the abundant sunshine. This creates a hearty and generous impression. Its rich, dense fruit thrives on a stony framework full of angular elements. Bitterness and saltiness repeatedly pass the baton to one another. This ensures a high drinking appeal despite moderate acidity. It’s approachable, yet thoroughly exciting. The aftertaste echoes these impressions. Above all, there’s a hint of lemon on the “twelve.”
