Slightly cloudy golden yellow with peach reflections/fine mousse.

Nose

The 2023 Arktika Pétillant Naturell combines red berries with dried figs, hints of blossom, and a cool, pleasantly tart note. This is accompanied by a winey and yeasty impression, and with oxygen, wild herbs emerge. A puristic and profound opening.

Palate

On the palate, it has grip and tickles the tongue with its stimulating carbonation and fine spiciness. Its yeasty character lends it charm and creaminess at the same time. Definitely the perfect sparkling accompaniment to savoury snacks and finger food!
