Sparkling light yellow with distinct green reflections. Nose: The 2024 Auxerrois Quartz and Clay smells of pear, quince, and yellow apple. The fruit aromas are complemented by spicy notes reminiscent of vanilla, anise, and dried ginger. It’s a wonderful immersion and immediately makes you want to pair it with delicious cuisine.

Palate

Once on the tongue, it captivates with its juicy texture, delicate spice, and grippy minerality. A perfect wine to enjoy solo or with aromatic vegetables and sauces. Excellent value for money!
