Nose

Wow, the Auxerrois and Chardonnay Loess and Clay from Michael Andres is once again beautiful, with mineral and matchstick notes at the beginning. The whole is underscored by fine apple and quince fruit, vineyard peach, linden blossom and orange, almonds, and a hint of anise.

Palate

On the tongue, it is juicy and at the same time invigorating, with a delicate salty trace and inspiring acidity; the fruit in the foreground becomes creamy in the finish. It can be enjoyed wonderfully on its own, but also with a wide variety of dishes. Fantastic value for money and a wine for everyday enjoyment.
