Wine Information

With the 2016 vintage, Vinaturel launched its first collaborative wine with Steffen Mugler. Since then, highly individual, finely tuned wines have been created for a Vinaturel collection. The collection is visually underscored by specially designed labels that demonstrate Vinaturel’s connection to the winemaker and vineyard. Simply White is a single-varietal Müller-Thurgau.

Colour

Light straw yellow.

Nose

The 2024 Simply White has a subtle, crystal-clear aroma of young pear, yellow apple, a hint of nutmeg, and a subtle yeast note. A restrained yet highly stimulating wine that demonstrates depth and whets the appetite for the first sip.

Palate

On the palate, it presents itself as fresh and spicy, unpretentious in the best sense of the word, yet extremely appealing. Its bright fruit notes, mineral notes, and delicate spice make it the perfect accompaniment to uncomplicated yet equally tasty dishes.
