Wine Information

Biodynamically cultivated, 100-year-old vines grow on granite and sand at an altitude of 1,100 m. After hand-harvesting, the wine is fermented in French wooden barrels with wild yeasts. Bottling takes place without filtration or stabilization. The production quantity is 1,200 bottles.

Colour

Muted purple with distinct violet reflections.

Nose

Its aroma captivates with the brilliant sweetness of black cherries, sweet blackberries, pickled figs, and liquid, refined dark chocolate. Upon contact with oxygen, sweet mocha and licorice emerge. A profound, masculine, and dark wine that captivates the senses with both sweetness and plenty of freshness, along with a complex, omnipresent minerality.

Palate

On the tongue, the 2020 Moravia, Bobal & Albilllo Real pours forth dense dark fruit, delicate sweetness, a distinctive tannin structure captured by this very sweetness, great structure, and invigorating freshness. Plenty of umami in the long finish, perfect with dishes with sweet, spicy, and chocolatey touches. A sophisticated, feel-good wine, par excellence!
