Description
Originally, it was Florian Busch’s idea to somehow take over the supporting role in their parents’ winery in Pünderich on the Moselle together with his brother Johannes. But Florian found his sweetheart, Paola Ponsich, in Languedoc and together with her founded Domaine Flo Busch in 2018. The winery is located in Jonquières in the département of Hérault. The terroir is largely characterised by limestone gravel as a base, and a smaller part by limestone marl, on which the two currently cultivate 8 hectares of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Rouge, Vermentino, Carignan, and Syrah. The vineyards are already certified or are in conversion to organic viticulture.
