The 2022 Planetes de Nin Garnatxes comes from a very warm and dry year. It’s young and fruit-driven, and only 20% of the volume matured in oak for eight months. It has contained ripeness, 13.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.2 and 5.1 grams of acidity. It is open, perfumed and floral with some notes of aromatic herbs and hints of cereal. It’s medium-bodied and balanced, with very fine tannins. It feels a little more oxidative/advanced, like it’s going to age at a faster pace. This is the last vintage of this wine, as they will replace it with a new Garnacha from young vines in Coma d’en Romeu. 4,000 bottles were filled in September 2023.

The 2022 Garnatxes Planetes from Porrera in Priorat was aged for up to nine months in oak barrels. It presents a fruit-forward aroma complemented by an herbal bouquet and rose notes. On the palate, it is light and lean, with a fine-grained talc texture that lingers, offering a savory, thirst-quenching mouthfeel—an ethereal Garnatxa.
