Wine Information

Gentle pressing of the grapes. Fermentation and storage with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels.

Colour

Light golden yellow with green reflections.

Nose

Crystal-clear and seductively fragrant, peach, sweet apricot, fragrant blossoms, lemongrass, and wild raspberry rise towards us. The charming opening is underpinned by a precise mineral depth, and everything appears dancing, floating, and youthful. At this stage, it shows no signs of aging.

Palate

On the palate, the 2022 Riesling Nahesteiner Kabinett presents itself with crisp, fresh acidity and juicy sweetness; you immediately get the feeling you’ve bitten into a ripe peach and the juice is running down the corners of your mouth. Its tension indicates excellent further aging potential. A “Kabi” that you’ll want to drink in large quantities, either on its own or with culinary delights.
