About the Champagne

Harvested from the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte de Blancs, Avize, Oger, Les Mesnil, and Cramant. Disgorged on February 11, 2021.

Colour/Appearance

Shimmering, light golden yellow with fine, broadly scattered perlage.

Nose

A delicate aroma of white bread crust, apple, lemon zest, hazelnut, and pear wafts from the glass, seductive yet distinctly mineral. Contact with oxygen enhances the wine, adding cool aromas of mussel shells and sea breeze, along with a touch of seaweed and salted almonds. An extremely elegant opening.

Palate

On the palate, the Avec Le Temps Grand Cru from de Sousa captivates with bright fruit and juiciness; the fine, lingering carbonation enlivens the palate and stimulates the flow. The perfect aperitif champagne, it pairs wonderfully with savoury delicacies with roasted notes and smoky components.
