Information about the wine

The wine comes from the winery’s 16 hectares of vineyards. The vineyard is characterized by clay, silt, and sand on asteric limestone and lies at an altitude of 80 to 106 meters. This wine is made from 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically. Agroforestry and permaculture are also integrated. After hand-harvesting, spontaneous fermentation took place, followed by aging in used oak barrels for 24 months. The wine was bottled without the addition of sulfur, filtration, or fining.
