Product description for Claude Riffault Sancerre rouge “La Noue” AOC 2020 (bio)

Marian Henß:Even on the first sip, it confirms the associations of the nose. It makes its way across the palate as straight as a candle. It seems almost bloody. Riffault presents an elegant Pinot Noir with great class. It is permeated by a pleasantly present acidity structure. It coats the mouth with a silky finish. The fruit now appears significantly brighter and more acidic: morello cherries become sour cherries. Its mineral structure gives it a great deal of stability and the aforementioned linearity. The finish is very delicate and not nearly as dark as initially perceived. Juicy and an appealing drink.
