Wine Information

Cabernet Franc from the gravelly-sandy soils on the riverbank for a fruit-forward rosé. Aged in stainless steel.

Light salmon colour

Nose

The Rosé Soleil de Coulaine is a fragrant, yet slightly spicy wine. It is reminiscent of red apple peel, wild strawberries, cherries, and ripe peaches. There is also a hint of damp stone with lichen.

Palate

On the palate, the Soleil de Coulaine is lively and juicy, uncomplicated, and full of life. The fruit fluctuates between pome fruit, stone fruit, slightly tart blood orange peel, and red currant with stalks. There is a little bit of structuring tannin, a sensual, lively acidity and a balance that provides a lot of harmony on the palate.
