Wine Information

Blend of indigenous grape varieties from young vines.

Colour

Muted violet-red, black at the core.

Nose

A beguiling and inviting aroma wafts from the glass. Sour cherries, cassis, sweet plums, and blueberries combine with violets, rose petals, and green notes of thyme, rosemary, and boxwood.

Palate

On the tongue, the 2019 Xión Cuvée Tinto is refreshing and invigorating at just 12% ABV. The fruit on the nose is very present and combines with stimulating acidity and a fine tannin structure. Slightly chilled, it goes perfectly with grilled dishes and spicy snacks.
