“Si” is a pure Syrah rosé from biodynamic cultivation on the Riparbella plateau, around 250 meters above sea level. The barren, calcareous soils and the cooling maritime climate provide ideal conditions for Syrah with elegance and freshness. The wine is directly pressed, spontaneously fermented, and aged in concrete tanks. Completely without fining or filtration, “Si” is filled with minimal sulfur – a purist rosé that expresses the house’s philosophy in its lightness and refinement.

Color

Delicate rosé with dusky pink reflections.

Nose

Raspberries, strawberries, and sweet cherries are grounded in the distinctively spicy character of Duemani’s 2024 Si Syrah Rosé. The fruit is very understated, yet never denying its presence. Rather, the extract shines, underpinned by a subtle spice of white pepper and a touch of cedar with a slightly salty aftertaste.

Palate

Juicy and tart on the first sip, the palate quickly sets the tone: This isn’t a sugary terrace pleaser, but rather a serious rosé for people in midlife.
