Wine Information

Rosé made from 100% Lemberger, hand-picked, mashed, and bottled. Olympia Samara and Hannes Hoffmann work according to biodynamic principles and are Demeter certified.

Colour

Slightly cloudy pink grapefruit.

Nose

The 2023 Rosafaden has a compact, aromatic aroma of wild raspberries, wild strawberries, rose hips, tea leaves, and white pepper. It asks for the carafe, then its aromas unfold even more beautifully and multifacetedly, and you can already sense its wonderful vibrancy in the aroma.

Palate

On the tongue, it fascinates with red berry fruit, stimulating acidity, and gripping salty length. A wine that leaves nothing to be desired, and all this at a lively 10.5% ABV. A pleasure on its own and perfect for aromatic spring and summer cuisine.
