Wine Information

This family vineyard is located on the northern slope of the Rasteau and Cairanne hills at an altitude of 180 to 250 meters, facing northeast/northwest.

The highly complex soils consist of clay and limestone, characterized by pebbles of maritime and alluvial origin.

The blend consists of Grenache blanc, Viognier, Clairette, and Bourboulenc and was aged in steel tanks.

Color

Light, sparkling golden yellow with delicate silvery reflections.

Nose

The 2024 Côtes du Rhône blanc presents itself as charming yet fresh on the nose, offering aromas of peach, apricot, and orange blossom. The prior aging in oak barrels skillfully underlines the fruit and is expressed in aromas of almonds and nutshells. Herbs such as rosemary and thyme, as well as a hint of fennel, are also evident after prolonged exposure to oxygen, emphasizing its freshness.

Palate

On the palate, it presents itself as creamy as on the nose, with an invigorating acidity. Stimulating licorice and anise notes are clearly recognizable, rounded off by spicy pepper aromas. Delicate tannins in the stimulating finish make it an excellent accompaniment to rich Mediterranean cuisine.
