Wine Information

85% Tinto Fino, 10% Garnacha, 5% Albillo Major Grown at 800 to 900 meters above sea level, where the continental extremes of the Castilian climate are tempered by dramatic temperature fluctuations between day and night.

Color

Deep black-red with violet reflections.

Nose

The 2022 Parajes de Callejo smells of cherries, cassis, and sloe. The fruity aroma is underpinned by a distinct wood spice and Mediterranean herbs reminiscent of rosemary and juniper bushes. Smoky tobacco notes emerge from the glass. It displays wonderful density and juicy richness, promising charming fullness on the palate.

Palate

On the tongue, it presents pronounced fruit, power, and freshness. The tannin structure is present but is also enveloped in juicy and charming fruit. A wine with depth and elegance, best served slightly chilled to bring out its minerality and finesse.
