Emidio Pepe is a leading figure in Italian viticulture. The winery of the same name has been producing Montepulciano and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo in northern Abruzzo since 1964. Back then, no one believed these varieties could be grown in this region. His wines have captivated and inspired the wine world. The vineyards have always been cultivated according to biodynamic principles. Trebbiano and Pecorino from Emidio Pepe are among the best white wines in the country.
