Nose

The 2023 Weissburgunder Nahesteiner from Schlossgut Diel has a wonderful aroma of apples, pears, quinces, and a summer meadow in full bloom. Notes of almonds, toasted baguette, anise, and fennel. A wine whose aroma already suggests it will be a very good food accompaniment.

Palate

The taste is juicy with a fine mineral note, skillful use of wood, and spicy length. A wine that can be used in many ways, best with dishes with earthy and nutty influences.
