Nose

The Cataratto from Monreale smells incredibly fresh and crisp on the nose. Herby green and yellow fruity. Ripe, yellow apples, pear, and kaffir lime stand out. Lemon zest and a touch of exoticism: grilled pineapple and passion fruit. Despite all the exoticism, the freshness and roasted aromas stand out. In hints, it releases cold smoke.
