The estate has been in the family for around 230 years. Especially in the past three decades, the appreciation of this ancient tradition has increasingly shaped their work. With respect for the knowledge and experience of his forefathers, Peter Jakob Kühn has been working as a certified Demeter member according to the principles of biodynamics since 2004. In this way, he is getting ever closer to his idea of soulful wines, in the greatest possible harmony with nature. His greatest conviction for the future is organic and biodynamic viticulture – with many challenges, both large and small, but also endless moments of happiness and the growing certainty that he is doing the only right thing for him.
