Description
Liv Vincendeau is a winemaker in Anjou. However, she was born in Darmstadt, did her Master’s degree in York, England, and then, after a stopover in Strasbourg, came to the region around Angers in 2000 to do her winemaking apprenticeship. Liv has stayed there. She founded her Domäne Vincendeau in 2014, whereby the ‘ä’ is by no means a misprint. She has remained true to the umlaut from her youth. The domain also produces still wines, but the main focus is without a doubt on sparkling wines or Crémant de Loire, which she produces as a pure Chenin Blanc as well as a rosé and a cuvée of Chenin Blanc and Grolleau Noir.
