Nose

The 2019 Pinot Noir “P” conveys a mature and charming style on the nose, with dark cherries paired with pickled plums, leather, cedarwood, cinnamon, and cloves. Its taut, robust minerality and wood spice give it structure and depth right from the nose.

Palate

On the palate, it appears taut, juicy, and full-bodied. The tannin and acid structure are ripe and demanding at the same time. A Pinot Noir that currently presents itself with a youthful, reserved appearance, but harbors great aging potential.
