Monte Tabor Valpolicella is a blend of 65% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella. The vineyards are located on the hills above the Montorio Valley and on a single hill in the Illasi Valley. They range from 220 to 300 meters above sea level. The calcareous soils of sedimentary origin produce wines with vibrant acidity and delicate fruit.
