Description
The Cinque Campi winery is located not far from Reggio Emilia in Emilia-Romagna. It was originally founded as a sideline in the 1980s. In 2003, Vanni Nizzoli took it over from his parents to produce classic wines of the region, above all Lambrusco dell’Emilia. The family’s vineyards have never seen synthetic sprays. His sparkling wines are produced completely without any additives and are always fermented in the bottle. Vanni Nizzoli relies on traditional grape varieties such as Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Marzemino, and Spergola.
