At the ANDRES & MUGLER sparkling wine cellar, the entire production process is in the hands of the two founders Steffen Mugler and Michael Andres. From the pruning of the vines to the compilation of the cuvée for the classic bottle fermentation to the hand-riddled sparkling wine bottle, every challenge can be responded to quickly – during the harvest, hours often decide the quality of the sparkling wines. The grapes come only from their own vineyards, which are now cultivated not only organically but also biodynamically. All vineyard work is geared towards the production of high-quality sparkling wines. The base wines are matured gently without the use of fining agents. They are bottled only after 12 months. Disgorgement takes place shortly before delivery, as required, so that you always get a freshly disgorged sparkling wine.
