They work with this wine to fine-tune the barrel they use, and in the end, they settled with a 300-liter barrel, quite well-seasoned and more neutral, which respects more of the character of the wine. This is a cooler place, and the wine also shows fresher and has more acidity; it&#8217;s also Garnacha Peluda, which has a different tannin profile. The wine has power and concentration, but the sensation is very balanced, vibrant and very tasty. I think this vintage is getting closer to the true character of the place. For me, this is the finest vintage of this wine so far.
