Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Pranzegg “GT” Vino Bianco 2022 <\/p>\n

Das Weingut Pranzegg ist benannt nach dem Ansitz, auf dem Martin Gojer seit 2009 seine Weine als Abbild ihrer Herkunft, des Jahrgangs und der Lebensweise der Familie produziert. Oberhalb des Bozener Talkessels werden die Anlagen Gojers biodynamisch von Hand bewirtschaftet, und auch im Keller ist weniger mehr: Lange G\u00e4rung sowie lange Reifezeiten auf der Vollhefe unter Zugabe nur geringer Mengen Schwefel zeichnen die Weine aus, die stets ungesch\u00f6nt und ungefiltert gef\u00fcllt werden. Der GT von Pranzegg aus 100\u202f% Gew\u00fcrztraminer stammt von zwei steilen Weinbergen in Signat und Unterplatten und liegt auf gut 500 H\u00f6henmetern. Er wurde fr\u00fch geerntet und mit den F\u00fc\u00dfen getreten, bevor er f\u00fcr f\u00fcnf Tage ohne Temperaturkontrolle auf der Maische lag. Spontan mit einem Teil der K\u00e4mme vergoren, lag er sechs Monate in gebrauchten Tonneaux aus Kastanienholz, bevor er bis zum folgenden Oktober ins Beton gelegt wurde. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Die Nase des 2022 GT von Pranzegg wickelt einen sofort um den Finger: Orangenbl\u00fcten, Orangenzeste, Mandarinen und kleine Aprikosen sortieren seine freudvolle Fruchtauslage, ohne dass er allzu stark lostraminert. Mit zunehmender Bel\u00fcftung folgen die Gew\u00fcrz-Komponenten dieses GT und erinnern an wei\u00dfen Pfeffer mit seinen zedrigen Noten nach Vetiver, Muskatbl\u00fcte, Piment und Kastanienhonig. Der Wein wirkt gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig und ausladend und hei\u00dft einen mit ge\u00f6ffneten Armen willkommen. <\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Im Antrunk bespielt er die gesamte Klaviatur von Agrumen wie Lionel Hampton sein Xylophon: Orangenbl\u00fcten und Zesten, gr\u00fcne Mandarinen und Kumquats sowie Aprikosen und getrocknete Quitten machen den Auftakt, untermalt von w\u00fcrzigen Beats von hellem Tabak, wei\u00dfem Pfeffer und schwarzem Kardamom. Seine filigranen Phenole verleihen ihm das n\u00f6tige Qu\u00e4ntchen Frische im Obertonbereich, die notorisch niedrige S\u00e4ure performt stabil als Subwoofer. Der Wein spielt f\u00fcr ein breites Publikum und bietet 1001 M\u00f6glichkeiten zu Tisch, auch ohne Munster, K\u00e4se und Flusskrebs.<\/p>\n
