Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Manincor Il Conte IGT 2023 (bio)<\/p>\n

Die Trauben f\u00fcr den Il Conte stammen aus den Lagen Manincor und Panholzerhof, zwei nach S\u00fcdosten ausgerichtete Weinberge auf 250\u202fMetern Seeh\u00f6he mit freiem Blick \u00fcber den Kalterer See. Die B\u00f6den dort sind kr\u00e4ftige, sandige Lehmb\u00f6den, durchzogen von Kalkschotter und Gestein aus glazialen Ablagerungen. Die Trauben konnten so in perfektem Reifezustand zwischen Ende September und Mitte Oktober gelesen werden \u2013 zun\u00e4chst Merlot, dann Lagrein, schlie\u00dflich Cabernet Franc. Die einzelnen Partien wurden separat vinifiziert, jeweils mit Maischeg\u00e4rung, zum Teil spontan mit traubeneigenen Hefen. Vergoren wurde in Holz-, Beton- und Edelstahlbottichen, mit einer behutsamen, zehn Tage dauernden Mazeration und nur einmal t\u00e4glichem Untertauchen des Tresterhuts \u2013 Ziel waren filigrane Tannine und maximale Finesse. Der Ausbau erfolgte \u00fcber zw\u00f6lf Monate hinweg ausschlie\u00dflich in Holzf\u00e4ssern verschiedener Gr\u00f6\u00dfen. <\/p>\n

Mit voller Frucht voraus er\u00f6ffnet der 2023 il Conte von Manincor in der Nase. Dunkle Fr\u00fcchte wie Brombeeren, Maulbeeren, vollreife Zwetschgen sowie Schwarzkirschen skizzieren sein dunkles Naturell. Dazu kommen w\u00fcrzige Aromen, Sandelholz, Unterholz, heller Tabak sowie schwarzer Pfeffer nebst Lakritz und leicht rauchige Noten. Dark and shady! <\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

Im Antrunk ist er gesteuert durch seine w\u00fcrzigen Komponenten: dunkle Schokolade, Espressocrema und heller Tabak sind gebettet ins engmaschige und flauschige Tannin mit einer Textur wie Pannesamt. Die vollreife Frucht ist herb konturiert und zeigt sich im nahezu schwarzen Extrakt. Die reife S\u00e4ure agiert mit noblem Understatement im Hintergrund und begleitet ihn sanft ins lange, fruchtig herbe Finale mit langem Nachhall.<\/p>\n
