Info zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Mazzon, von Manincor \u201eMason\u201c genannt, um Verwechslungen mit der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Lage oberhalb von Neumarkt zu vermeiden. Vier Hektar sind in dieser einmaligen Lage mit Pinot Nero bestockt, ein nach S\u00fcden geneigtes Hochplateau auf 400-450 m Meeresh\u00f6he, sonnenverw\u00f6hnt und konstant dem Wind ausgesetzt \u2013 ideale Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die engbeerigen Pinottrauben. Der Boden ist sandiger Lehm und von verschiedenen Steinen durchzogen: Dolomit, Porphyr, Gneiss und Granit findet man hier vom kleinen Korn bis zum faustgro\u00dfen Stein. <\/p>\n

Info zum Ausbau<\/h5>\n

Jede Charge der verschiedenen Parzellen wurde separat gekeltert. Die Maischeg\u00e4rung erfolgte in Holzbottichen, spontan mit traubeneigenen Hefen. Die Mazeration dauerte zwei Wochen, wobei der Tresterkuchen einmal pro Tag getaucht wurde. Der 16-monatige Holzfassausbau erfolgte in Barriques, wobei der Neuholzanteil nur 20 % betrug und der Wein die gesamte Zeit auf der Feinhefe blieb. Erst danach wurden die einzelnen Parzellen verschnitten und dabei die besten F\u00e4sser der h\u00f6chstgelegenen Parzelle mit den \u00e4ltesten Reben f\u00fcr den Mason di Mason selektiert. <\/p>\n

Farbe<\/h5>\n

Mittleres, leicht gedecktes Kirschrot mit deutlichen Aufhellungen zum Rand hin. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Der 2019er Mason di Mason pr\u00e4sentiert sich mit viel Finesse. Helle Fruchtnoten von Sauerkirsche, roter Johannisbeere, junger Zwetschge und Himbeerkonfit\u00fcre bet\u00f6ren in der Nase. Eine super feine Zedernholznote, ein Hauch von Zimt und Milchkaffee gliedern sich perfekt ein. Seine Reife steht ihm perfekt zu Gesicht, zugleich wirkt er unglaublich verspielt und jugendlich. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Auch am Gaumen wirkt er anregend, perfekt unfertig auch noch in 2019 in einem noch jugendlichen Stadium. Ein Rotwein, der perfekt mit Gem\u00fcse und Fischgerichten harmoniert. Einfach wunderbar!<\/p>\n
