Der 2017er Le Mont Moelleux 1\u00e8re Trie ist ein grandioser Wein, und das merkt man schon in der ersten Sekunde. Die Frucht wurde rund einen Monat fr\u00fcher gelesen als \u00fcblich, sodass sich nur wenig Botrytis gebildet hatte. Der Wein wirft nur so um sich mit reifem Kernobst und ebenso mit etwas Steinobst, das mit Luft immer dominanter wird. Ingwer findet man hier ebenso wie Bitterorangen, ein wenig Honig, Salzmandeln, Nougat und eingelegte Gartenkr\u00e4uter. All das befindet sich im Fluss, ver\u00e4ndert sich; denn der Wein f\u00fchrt ein Eigenleben und zeigt immer neue Facetten. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Die bemerkenswerte Pr\u00e4zision, die sich durch den gesamten Jahrgang zieht, findet in diesem Wein ihren H\u00f6hepunkt. Die 65 Gramm S\u00fc\u00dfe wirken sehr beschwingt und sehr harmonisch im gesamten Gef\u00fcge, die gelbe Frucht ist reif und doch fein. Die Phenolik sorgt f\u00fcr Substanz, die Textur ist viskos, die S\u00e4ure lebendig sowie absolut pr\u00e4zise und fein, alles durchdringend und in der Schwebe haltend. Dazu verbindet sich der Reigen von Marillen und Quitten, D\u00f6rrpflaumen und Kumquats mit Gew\u00fcrzen und salzigen Noten zu einem grandiosen, langen Finale. All das steht nat\u00fcrlich noch am Anfang einer Entwicklung, die sich \u00fcber Jahrzehnte hinweg weiterverfolgen lassen und immer beeindruckender werden wird.<\/p>\n

Zudem \u00fcberzeugt er mit einer ausgepr\u00e4gten W\u00fcrze, die an Tabakbl\u00e4tter, Tee, Ozon, Teer und nassen Asphalt erinnert. Der Wein hat einen sch\u00f6nen, schlanken K\u00f6rper mit feinen Tanninen. Es wurden 4.100 Flaschen produziert.

Der Mason di Mason 2020 besticht durch Aromen von exotischen Gew\u00fcrzen, Zedernholz, Currybl\u00e4ttern, zersto\u00dfenen Steinen und getrockneten Schwarzkirschen. Er ist pure Klasse, seidig und geschmeidig, mit einem Kern aus mineralhaltigen roten Fr\u00fcchten und einer spritzigen S\u00e4ure, die die Energie durchgehend aufrechterh\u00e4lt. Der 2020er endet mit einer prickelnden Konzentration und ist bemerkenswert lang, mit Noten von Blutorange und s\u00e4uerlichen Himbeeren. Ein kurzer Kelleraufenthalt k\u00f6nnte ihm guttun, um sich weiter zu entfalten.
