Der 2023 Clos Windsbuhl Auxerrois von Zind-Humbrecht stammt aus dem Clos Windsbuhl, einer hoch gelegenen, nach S\u00fcdost und S\u00fcd ausgerichteten Lage in Hunawihr. Die Reben wurden 1989 gepflanzt, direkt neben dem Chardonnay. Das k\u00fchle, sp\u00e4t reifende Klima am Waldrand bewahrt Frische und S\u00e4ure, w\u00e4hrend der Muschelkalkboden diesem eher weichen Rebsortenprofil klare Konturen und Spannung verleiht. Normalerweise Teil der Zind-Cuv\u00e9e, wurde 2023 ein kleiner Teil separat vinifiziert \u2013 das Ergebnis \u00fcberzeugte so sehr, dass dieser Wein eigenst\u00e4ndig gef\u00fcllt wurde. Die G\u00e4rung verlief z\u00fcgig und vollst\u00e4ndig, der Ausbau auf der Vollhefe dauerte 16 Monate. Die Reben sind im Schnitt 34 Jahre alt. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

\u00a0Reife Cantaloupe-Melone, Nashi-Birne und gelbe, wachsige \u00c4pfel skizzieren die Nase des 2023 Clos Windsbuhl Auxerrois von Zind-Humbrecht. In der Kopfnote helle Bl\u00fcten wie Lindenbl\u00fcten, gr\u00fcnes Kernobst und etwas Bl\u00fctenhonig. Derzeit noch jugendlich und recht schweigsam \u2013 daher: ab ins gro\u00dfe Glas damit! <\/p>\n

Mund<\/h5>\n

\u00a0F\u00fcr einen Auxerrois ist dies der extra frische Zischer mit Rallye-Streifen an der Flanke: Mit vergleichsweise hohen S\u00e4urewerten und niedrigem pH-Wert performt er am Gaumen in puncto Frische enorm vertikal, sodass man fast den Begriff \u201eknackig\u201c bem\u00fchen mag. Mit feinem Salz und subtilem Bass am Gaumen ist die sanfte Frucht wie auf Watte gebettet und wird im Nachhall von markant herber Phenolik konturiert. Schmeckt jetzt super \u2013 wird in f\u00fcnf Jahren noch superer sein. Der Porsche unter den Auxerrois. <\/p>\n
