Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Die Lage Les Fouillouses in Juli\u00e9nas umfasst 39 Hektar, von denen die Chastels 1,05 Hektar besitzen. Die Lage befindet sich etwas nordwestlich des Ortskerns auf schiefer\u00e4hnlichem blauem Vulkangestein (pierre bleu) und Diorit. Der Gamay noir \u00e0 jus blanc, wie er vollst\u00e4ndig hei\u00dft, ist rund 70 Jahre alt und erbringt zwischen 25 und 35 hl\/ha. Nach Handlese und Sortierung wurden ganze Trauben eingesetzt. Unbesch\u00e4digte Beeren wurden auf den Grund des Betoncuves gelegt, angequetschte dar\u00fcber, sodass der Gamay rund zw\u00f6lf Tage lang eine Mac\u00e9ration semi-carbonique durchlaufen konnte. Der Wein wurde danach f\u00fcr zw\u00f6lf Monate in f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrigem Holz ausgebaut. <\/p>\n

Der Juli\u00e9nas schafft im Duft eine Verbindung von leicht s\u00fc\u00dfen, herben und erdigen Aromen, die an Veilchen, Rosen und Flieder erinnern, an leicht anger\u00f6stete Kr\u00e4uter, S\u00fc\u00dfkirschen und Himbeeren auf einem Beet aus feuchter Erde und etwas Moos. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen bietet der Les Fouillouses zun\u00e4chst eine pure ganz klare Frucht von dunklen Beeren und Kirschen, in die sich langsam etwas S\u00fc\u00dfholz und ein paar indische Gew\u00fcrze einschleichen. Der Beaujolais Cru besticht durch eine vitale S\u00e4urestruktur und ein pudrig feines Tannin in Verbindung mit leicht rauchigen und salzigen Noten. Er besitzt einerseits viel Kraft, andererseits viel Energie und wirkt bis ins lange Finale sehr geschliffen.<\/p>\n
