Informationen zum Wein<\/h5>\n

Hochwertige Wei\u00dfweine aus der Rioja sind wieder im Kommen. Der Trascuevas ist ein gro\u00dfartiges Beispiel f\u00fcr diese Entwicklung. Er ist der einzige Wei\u00dfwein im Portfolio des Weinguts Artuke, und 2021 ist erst der zweite Jahrgang. Er besteht zu 90 Prozent aus Viura (Macabeo) und enth\u00e4lt kleine Anteile von Malvasia Riojana und Palomino Fino. Die Trauben stammen aus verschiedenen Weinbergen in der Rioja Alavesa und von \u00fcber 50 Jahre alte Reben in Buscherziehung. Das Gew\u00e4chs reift 10 Monate lang in 500-Liter-F\u00e4ssern aus franz\u00f6sischer Eiche. Ein Teil des Weins wird auch in Betontanks ausgebaut. <\/p>\n

Die Nase hat einen \u00fcberwiegend floralen Charakter und ist insgesamt komplex. Neben wei\u00dfen Bl\u00fcten finden sich Noten von Apfel und Brioche, wie sie typisch f\u00fcr in F\u00e4ssern und auf der Feinhefe gereifte Viura sind. Das Bukett ist von sch\u00f6ner Balance und Intensit\u00e4t. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Der Auftakt am Gaumen ist druckvoll und w\u00fcrzig, und der Trascuevas 2021 f\u00fchlt sich seidig und cremig im Mund an. Die geschmeidige Textur umh\u00fcllt den reichen K\u00f6rper und verleiht dem Wein viel Eleganz. Das Holz ist auf hervorragende Weise eingebunden, so dass es den Wein komplexer macht, ihn aber nicht maskiert. Besonders animierend ist der supersaftige Abgang, der mit Noten von roter Grapefruit sehr zitrisch und knackig ausf\u00e4llt. Diese feine Herbe und die saftige Frische machen Lust auf den n\u00e4chsten Schluck. Alles in allem ist Trascuevas 2021 eine gro\u00dfartige Mischung aus neuem und traditionellem Rioja-Stil. Ersterer setzt auf Frische und Trinkbarkeit, letzterer auf Mikrooxidation und Komplexit\u00e4t durch Fassreifung.<\/p>\n

Der erste Wei\u00dfwein, den ich von Artuke probiert habe, ist der Trascuevas Blanco 2021, eine Cuv\u00e9e aus 90 % Viura mit jeweils 5 % Malvas\u00eda Riojana und Palomino Fino von drei Weinbergen in den D\u00f6rfern Ba\u00f1os de Ebro, Samaniego und \u00c1balos. Die Trauben wurden gepresst und der Saft mit einheimischen Hefen vergoren. Der Wein reifte in \u00e4hnlichen Anteilen 11 Monate lang in 600-Liter-Eichenfudern und Betontanks. Er ist ausdrucksstark, sauber und ausgewogen, modern, aber mit klarer Rioja-Typizit\u00e4t, ein wenig balsamisch und w\u00fcrzig. Er ist seri\u00f6s, sehr ausgewogen und frisch, supers\u00fcffig und mit einem kreidigen Gef\u00fchl im Abgang. Er hat 13,1 % Alkohol und einen niedrigen pH-Wert von 3,04. 4.000 Flaschen produziert. Er wurde im August 2022 abgef\u00fcllt.
