Tatjana Peceric ist seit einigen Jahren hauptberuflich Head Winemaker bei Terroir al Limit. Gemeinsam mit Dominik Huber hat sie deren neues Projekt Terroir sense Fronteres im Montsant etabliert. Pas de Deux ist nun ihr eigenes Weinprojekt aus dem Montsant. 2018 ist der erste Jahrgang und wird aus den Hauptrebsorten der Region, Garnacha und Cari\u00f1ena, gewonnen. \u00dcbersetzt bedeutet Pas de Deux ein Tanz zu zweit und stellt in vielen Ballettauff\u00fchrungen den Schlussakt dar. Als Hauptakteure sind die beiden Rebsorten zu verstehen. <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Was f\u00fcr eine \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Begegnung. Der Wein riecht nach dunkler Schokolade. Unerwartet, aber daf\u00fcr umso besser, da die Schokolade nicht s\u00fc\u00df, plump oder konzentriert wirkt. Erdige Noten und Rote Bete gesellen sich dazu. Frische Mandeln und eine zarte herbale Nuance. Auch Schottenmorelle und Sauerkirsche k\u00f6nnen wahrgenommen werden. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Die erste Nase von Schokolade verliert sich im Eindruck des Gaumens. Die erdigen Noten werden wunderbar durch leichte Bitterstoffe getragen. Das Tannin macht sich zur\u00fcckhaltend, aber genau im richtigen Ma\u00dfe bemerkbar. Vor allem aber wirkt er elegant und leichtf\u00fc\u00dfig. Saftig und mit viel Trinkfluss versehen ist das ein zeitgem\u00e4\u00df interpretierter Rotwein, der Platz f\u00fcr die Aromen der heutigen K\u00fcche l\u00e4sst. Garnacha und Cari\u00f1ena bieten ein Wechselbad aus hell und dunkel, s\u00fc\u00df und sauer zugleich. T\u00e4nzelnd und verspielt. Ganz wie beim Ballett. <\/p>\n

Der Pas de Deux 2018 ist der erste Wein hier, eine 50\/50-Cuv\u00e9e aus biologisch angebauten Garnacha- und Cari\u00f1ena-Trauben aus Montsant. Die ganzen Beeren wurden mit etwas Garnacha Blanca vergoren, gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in Edelstahltanks und zu einem kleinen Teil in einer Tonamphore. Er besticht durch ein sehr reines Bouquet mit klaren Aromen, die mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter, Gew\u00fcrze, Waldbeeren und Blumen vermischen. Am Gaumen ist er zart, mittelkr\u00e4ftig, saftig und lebendig mit s\u00e4uerlicher Note und feink\u00f6rnigen, kalkigen Tanninen. 1.200 Flaschen wurden im Juni 2019 abgef\u00fcllt.
