Nase<\/h5>\n

Der \u00bbArgilit\u00e9\u00ab 2015 verstr\u00f6mt zun\u00e4chst einen Duft von feuchtem Stein. Petrichor ist hier das Stichwort. Dann kommen gr\u00fcne und gelbe Zitrusfrucht mit zersto\u00dfenem Stein, Kr\u00e4uter und etwas Rauch hinzu. Dar\u00fcber liegen mit zunehmender Luft Noten von Hanf, Kamille und Apfel- sowie Orangenschalen. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Am Gaumen zeigt sich die charmante reife Frucht des Meunier in Verbindung mit den zitrischen Noten, der besonderen Spannung und dem Grip, den der Ausbau in der Amphore dem Champagner verliehen hat. Die Textur ist sicher das Markanteste an diesem Champagner, der eine gute Tiefe wie auch L\u00e4nge zeigt und schlie\u00dflich mit einer cremig zitrischen Note und mit mineralischer Spannung abschlie\u00dft.<\/p>\n
