The blend consists of 57% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir and 14% Pinot Meunier. After the 2002 harvest, the base wines underwent their first fermentation in wooden vats. Malolactic fermentation was not forced. The wine was bottled in July 2003. Disgorgement took place on 27 September 2018 and the dosage for this Brut Nature is 0g\/l. <\/p>\n

Funkelndes Zitronengelb, sehr feine Perlage und cremiges Mousseux <\/p>\n

Nase<\/h5>\n

Wow! Die f\u00fcnfzehn Jahre auf der Hefe bis zum Degorgement im September 2018 sorgen f\u00fcr ein Monument an Wein. Sein Ausdruck an Charakter, Herkunft, Identit\u00e4t sowie gro\u00dfer Eleganz ist einmalig. Die Nase offenbart ger\u00f6stete Haseln\u00fcsse und Mandeln. Das enorm lange Hefelager verbreitet ein absolutes Wohlgef\u00fchl allein durch den Geruch. Gelbe und gr\u00fcne \u00c4pfel in allen Facetten. Mit Butter bestrichene Brioche. Mandelgeb\u00e4ck und M\u00fcrbeteig. In Gedanken schweift man total ab. Zitronen-Tarte mit gebrannter Meringue. Und immer steht hinter den unz\u00e4hligen Aromen und Nuancen eine Wand aus purer Kreide und Filigranit\u00e4t. Den ersten Schluck kann man kaum abwarten. <\/p>\n

Gaumen<\/h5>\n

Schon im Antrunk gibt er richtig Gas. Eine tolle Kombination aus Reife, Hefeautolyse und Mineralit\u00e4t. Das Mousseux gestaltet die ersten Augenblicke in cremiger und opulenter Manier. Kaum ist der Schmelz am H\u00f6hepunkt angekommen, setzt seine balancierte S\u00e4ure ein und sorgt f\u00fcr eine Gratwanderung. Die S\u00e4ure harmoniert genial mit der sagenhaften Mineralit\u00e4t. Zitronen- und Apfelaromen sorgen f\u00fcr den Frische-Kick. Nicht zu verleugnen ist die Reife des Weines. Aber absolut in W\u00fcrde gereift und in diesem Konstrukt genau die richtige Dosis. Das Mundgef\u00fchl ist elegant und zart. Der Nachhall haftet sich unendlich am Gaumen an. Sensationell guter Wein.<\/p>\n

Zarte Aromen von Aprikose, Kamille, Birne, Bratapfelkuchen, Brioche und gelben Bl\u00fcten str\u00f6men aus dem Glas.
