Produktbeschreibung f\u00fcr Sottimano Langhe Nebbiolo, Nebbiolo DOC 2022 <\/p>\n

Rino Sottimano hat klein, aber fein angefangen, indem er in der renommierten Barbaresco-Lage \u201eCotta\u201c Weinberge erworben hat. Im Laufe der Jahre sind Filetst\u00fccke in den Lagen Curra, Fausoni, Basarin und Pajor\u00e8 hinzugekommen. Die Weinberge werden seit 1990 ohne den Einsatz von chemisch-synthetischen Spritzmitteln und ohne den Einsatz von Kunstd\u00fcnger bearbeitet. Bei der traditionellen Weinbereitung dauern die Mazeration und G\u00e4rung 12 bis 24 Tage. Rinos Sohn Andrea verg\u00e4rt die Weine nur spontan und setzt auch sonst keine kellertechnischen Hilfsmittel ein. Auch die malolaktische G\u00e4rung l\u00e4uft spontan in franz\u00f6sischen Barriques ab, wobei der Einsatz von neuen Barriques so dezent ist, dass die Holznote kaum sp\u00fcrbar ist. Nach dem Ausbau wird der Wein ohne Filtration und sonstige Sch\u00f6nung abgef\u00fcllt. Die Weine \u00fcberzeugen durch ihre feinfruchtige, elegante, subtile und doch herzhafte Art. <\/p>\n

Er besitzt eine leicht kr\u00e4uterartige Note, die ihm einen botanischen Charakter verleiht. Die G\u00e4rung erfolgte 50 Tage lang auf den Schalen, das Ergebnis ist ein frischer, leicht tanninhaltiger Wein von mittlerer Intensit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Aromen von zersto\u00dfenen Bl\u00fcten, Gew\u00fcrzen, Tabak, Zeder und die lebendige S\u00e4ure des Nebbiolo sind klar voneinander abgegrenzt. Im Vergleich zu den meisten Jahrg\u00e4ngen pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 etwas vollmundiger im Gaumen, was jedoch f\u00fcr einen Wein, der kurz- bis mittelfristig genossen werden soll, durchaus positiv ist.<\/p>\n
